Strudel Cooking Class
Prost Mahlzeit and Restaurant & Patisserie Carinthia are happy to invite you to a fun and hands on cooking class on how to make authentic Austrian strudel with delicate, hand stretched pastry and delicious sweet and savoury fillings.
The class will start with a demonstration by Stefan, Carinthia’s Austrian trained pastry chef. Then you will pair up and make your own sweet and savoury strudel. Susanne and Stefan will be guiding you through the pulling, stretching, filling and rolling. Once the strudels are in the oven you will have time for some refreshments and exchange your strudel making experiences. At the end of the class you will take home your two freshly baked strudels.
